Through strategic partnerships, grant funding, and community-driven programming, we provide resources for home repairs, rental support, and pathways to homeownership — ensuring that the people who make Eatonville special can continue to live, grow, and thrive here.

Buy Back Eatonville

Eatonville is not just a town — it's a legacy. Over time, outside investment has reduced Black ownership to approximately 40%. We are launching a bold, nationwide initiative to reclaim legacy, rebuild ownership, and honor the sacrifices of those who built Eatonville.

"I am not tragically colored. There is no great sorrow dammed up in my soul, nor lurking behind my eyes... I do not belong to the sobbing school of Negrohood."

— Zora Neale Hurston, Eatonville's Most Famous Daughter
